The Woodlands is committed to ensuring accessibility of its website for people with disabilities. We aim to ensure that our authoring tools and processes meet W3C WAI's Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.1, Level A conformance and actively working to get to Level AA.

Our home page and subpages include a link to this policy. We will review this policy in the future to consider updating it to reference later versions of W3C's accessibility guidelines.

Our home page and subpages include a link 'Accessibility Feedback' form. Any submitted feedback will be responded to by our customer services team. Feedback related to accessibility issues will be passed to our Web Management Team for assessment.
