We offer 1 & 2 bedroom units with many unit and property amenities and features. Unit amenities include high energy appliances including a Energy Star range, refrigerator, and dishwasher; central heat and air; microwave, washer & dryer connections in each unit, patios, outside storage closets, and window coverings. Property amenities include a clubhouse, community laundry room, and covered picnic area. Additionally, we offer a 4th of July cookout, blood pressure screenings, and David Smith Tax Services.
